● Master’s degree or higher, majoring in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
● Over 8 years of experience in R&D of new energy equipment, and over 4 years of experience managing teams specializing in common anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
● Possesses design, development, and management capabilities for equipment across the entire upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the new energy industry; is familiar with product operation workflows, product process flows, and new product development processes.
● Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of dedication, excellent professional ethics, and effective team-building abilities.
● Senior professional title in the engineering series.
