Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. More than five years of work experience in new-energy electric-drive process management and process development, with at least three years of team management experience. Proficient in the working procedures and principles/methods for manufacturing processes of new-energy motors, controllers, and complete assemblies, as well as in quality inspection procedures and production process organization. Familiar with production management knowledge and system management concepts, and well-versed in the TS16949 system. Possess a strong sense of dedication and responsibility. Work meticulously, demonstrating excellent professionalism and teamwork spirit.
