Basic Requirements: Associate’s degree or higher; ability to handle, analyze, and resolve on-site abnormalities to ensure normal and stable production operations. During the introduction of new products and processes, assist in experimental activities for new projects and address on-site issues, thereby facilitating the rapid transition of new products and processes into mass production. Analyze, categorize, and identify the root causes of defective products at the production site, thereby improving the process capability of each production step.
