● Master’s degree or higher, with more than 2 years of research experience in areas related to the development of silicon-carbon and silicon-based anodes.
● Proficient in the principles and related knowledge of silicon-carbon and silicon-based materials as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries;
● Possesses extensive experience in materials preparation and optimization, as well as knowledge related to electrochemistry;
● Familiar with common synthesis methods for hard carbon materials, possessing a strong theoretical foundation as well as innovative and practical experience in this field.
● Understand the preparation methods and equipment for negative electrode materials, especially silicon-carbon and silicon-based negative electrode materials.
