● Master’s and PhD candidates preferred, with a focus on chemical engineering, materials science, and new energy chemical engineering.
● More than 3 years of research experience in the field of lithium-ion battery anode materials, along with practical experience in characterization and analysis; a deep understanding of electrochemical theory and techniques, as well as materials-related knowledge and characterization methods.
● Experience in the R&D of negative electrode materials, with preference given to those with experience in silane, silicon-carbon, and organic polymer development, or work experience at downstream battery manufacturers.
● Strong communication skills, conscientious and responsible work ethic, meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong spirit of innovation and excellent teamwork skills.
