● Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s and doctoral candidates preferred, with a focus on chemical engineering, materials science, or new energy chemical engineering.
● More than one year of research experience in the field of lithium-ion battery anode materials, along with hands-on experience in characterization and analysis; a deep understanding of electrochemical theory and techniques, as well as materials-related knowledge and characterization methods.
● Proficient in the principles and related knowledge of silicon-carbon and silicon-based materials as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries; possesses extensive experience in material preparation and optimization, as well as in electrochemical fundamentals.
● Strong experimental planning skills and familiarity with characterization techniques for lithium-ion battery materials (XRD, TEM, SEM, Raman, XPS); understanding of negative electrode materials, particularly the preparation methods and equipment related to silicon-carbon and silicon-based negative electrodes.
